H2OLiteSpeed

H2OLiteSpeed is a low cost communication package with coverage throughout European waters.  Powered by SES Broadband Services, H2OLiteSpeed gives download speeds of up to 4Mbit/second to provide high speed Internet access and low cost voice calls.

Customers can choose from a range of tailored, fixed rate packages, which include all hardware and software as well as 24 hour support.  A KNS SuperTrack A6 (61cm) or A9 (85cm) antenna is provided to suit the user requirements.  Our engineer will install the KNS SuperTrack Antenna Control Unit, satellite modem and the supplied wireless router.

Each H2OLiteSpeed installation comes with a ready-to-use VoIP phone number.   In order to allow you to make full use of the VoIP capabilities and low cost calls, a fully featured IP phone is also included

The performance and data usage of H2OLiteSpeed can be monitored by customers over the Internet by logging on to the H2ODashboard.

The regional footprint makes it ideal for short sea commercial vessels including ferries (for crew and passengers) and fishing vessels. It is also perfect for cargo carriers operating at sea or on in-land waterways and leisure vessels.

H2OVSAT

Thanks to the benefits of high-speed, flat rate VSAT services, ships are now becoming highly functional remote offices. Calling the Master of a Ship in the middle of the ocean becomes no different to calling the office down the corridor; the Master can still fully participate in the day-to-day functioning of the on-shore office.

H2OVSAT offers high speed Internet access of up to 4Mbit/second with regional and multi-regional options that cover almost all key shipping routes.  The package has been carefully designed to support a quality VoIP service with low cost voice calls.

One meter antennas from Sea Tel or KNS provide a choice of technology to provide stabilised communications in extreme marine environments.  The compact below decks equipment comprises a Comtech Vipersat modem with a Roaming Oceanic Satellite Server (ROSS) to provide automatic beam switching as the vessel moves between satellites.
